Product description

The HLNV-520VW automatic vertical packaging machine is a complete professional packaging line designed for automatic weighing, bag forming, filling, sealing, coding and cutting of packages. The machine is intended for continuous operation in production plants, food companies, packaging facilities and factories packing loose, granular, piece-type and irregular products.

The HLNV-520VW packaging machine forms the package from film, doses the required product portion, fills the bag, seals it, cuts the finished package and counts production cycles. The entire process is automatic, which helps increase production efficiency, reduce manual work and achieve repeatable, aesthetic packages.

The line is equipped with a 16-head HL-16 combination weigher, designed for fast and accurate product weighing. The combination weigher selects the correct combination of portions from the weighing buckets, allowing precise dosing into each package.

The set also includes a platform for the combination weigher, a Z-type bucket elevator with vibrating hopper and a finished product conveyor. This makes the machine a complete packaging line ready for integration into the production process.

The machine is suitable for packing products such as panko, breadcrumbs, expanded snacks, chips, nuts, pistachios, almonds, raisins, candies, cookies, pasta, rice balls, dumplings, frozen meatballs, pet food, granular products, piece-type products, irregular products, loose products, small technical parts, herbs and similar products.

Operation description

The product is fed to the combination weigher using a Z-type bucket elevator. The HL-16 weigher measures the required product portion and transfers it to the packaging machine. The machine forms the bag from film using a forming tube, fills it with the weighed product portion, performs vertical and horizontal sealing, cuts off the finished package and transfers it to the finished product conveyor.

The finished product conveyor receives the packed packages and moves them to the next stage of the process, such as collection, inspection, labeling, cartoning or further packaging.

Package information

The machine is designed to work with packages formed from film. The bag length can be adjusted from the machine settings.

The bag width depends on the forming tube used. Each machine is supplied with one forming tube for the agreed package width.

If the package width changes, an additional forming tube is required. If only the package length changes, the adjustment can be made in the machine settings.

Final confirmation of capacity, weighing range and package dimensions should be carried out based on a test with the customer’s actual product, target film and final package size.
