Product description

The HL-IMD-IIS-4018 metal detector is a professional inspection device designed for detecting metal contamination in products transported on a conveyor belt. The machine is suitable for production plants, packaging facilities, the food industry, cosmetic industry, pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry and all production processes where product quality control and safety inspection are required.

The device detects ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and SUS304 stainless steel. The metal detector operates as an automatic product inspection system on a conveyor. When metal contamination is detected, an audible alarm is activated and the conveyor belt stops, allowing the operator to remove the rejected product from the line.

The HL-IMD-IIS-4018 is equipped with an effective detection window of 400 mm width and 180 mm height. This makes it suitable for inspecting individual products, packages, cartons, sachets, bags, containers and other products that fit within the working detection range of the machine.

The 1800 mm long conveyor and 360 mm wide PU belt ensure stable product transport through the detection area. The machine body is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which makes cleaning easier and allows the device to be used in demanding production environments. The IP54 protection level provides protection against dust and splashing water, suitable for typical production line conditions.

Application

The HL-IMD-IIS-4018 metal detector can be used for the inspection of packed and unpacked products, individual packages, food products, loose products in packages, chemical products, cosmetic products, pharmaceutical products, sachets, cartons, bags, boxes, products on a conveyor belt and items requiring metal contamination control.

The machine is especially suitable for processes where metal contamination must be detected before further packing, storage or shipment to the customer.

Actual detection sensitivity may vary depending on the type of inspected product, product composition, moisture level, temperature, package size, working conditions and machine settings.
